Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, J. Felix Fernando Pichardo. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on August 17, 2001. They are believed to be in Mexico City, Mexico.
