Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on June 10, 1996. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was ten months at the time.

Circumstances: He is being concealed by his father, Gilbert Arredondo Hernandez, from his mother. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. He had threatened to leave Austin's mother, Rhonda Acord, and take Austin with him. A felony warrant was issued for him on May 28, 1997 and an FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on November 4, 1997. They may be in Las Vegas, Nevada, Los Angeles County or San Bernadino County in California, or may have left the country and traveled to Mexico. They may be traveling in a brown 1986 Nissan Maxima with California license plates 1NRE732. Gilbert's family is still believed to be in contact with him.

Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on March 15, 1965. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on the back of his head and he may wear a moustache. He may use the last name "Arrendondo Hernandez" and his nicknames are "Gil" and "Junior." Was thirty-two at the time.
