Vital statistics: White male. Born on January 27, 2012. Blond hair, blue eyes. Was six at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Aleidria Riversong Lichau. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They were supposed to be traveling to the Oregon coast for a week, but instead went to Jamaica, then to Costa Rica. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on September 13, 2018. They may have traveled to Costa Rica and may be staying with members of the Seventh Day Adventist church.
