Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Mohammed El Sayed. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on September 13, 2006. They are believed to have left the country and traveled to Egypt; however, they may have entered Saudi Arabia in June 2006.

Vital statistics: White male. Born on December 27, 1967. Black hair, brown eyes. He has a scar on his index finger. He may use the last name "El Seyed" or "Elseyed." Was thirty-eight at the time.
