Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on March 20, 2000. Brown hair, brown eyes. Was four months at the time.

Circumstances: She is being concealed by her non-custodial mother, Maria Diaz-Rivera, from her father. She was last seen at an airport, where she was then taken to Mexico. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They are believed to be in Veracruz, Puebla or Tlaxcala, Mexico area, most likely with family members. Comstock's father has applied for return to the United States under the terms of the Hague Treaty.
