Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on March 1, 1995. Light brown hair, brown eyes. She may go by her middle name, "Carla" or use her mother's maiden name "Torres Velez." Her ears are pierced. She is light-complexioned and may be tall for her age. Was six at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Gloria Torres Velez Clark. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Her father, Steve Clark has full custody of her. There are felony warrants for Gloria in both the United States and Mexico. Annette was located in Mexico in late 2007, but her mother took her from the foster family she was staying with and they have not been seen again. They are still believed to be in Mexico. They have been sighted at the home of Gloria's mother, Victoria Velez Aranda in Cuernavaca, Mexico many times.

Vital statistics: Hispanic female. Born on June 25, 1955. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a scar on her abdomen from plastic surgery. She may use the last name "Torres." She may be working in a hospital or school setting. She is considered mentally unstable. Was forty-six at the time.
