Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Jepke Marie Buday. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping has been issued for her. They may be in Belgium.

Vital statistics: White (Belgian) female. Born on December 23, 1975. Brown hair, green eyes. She has a tattoo of the word "sunshine" on her ankle. Her ears are pierced. She speaks Dutch and English. Was thirty-two at the time.
