Tariq Elsafi missing nineteen years

Today is the nineteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Tariq Ahmed Elsafi. He was abducted along with his sister Sarah by their non-custodial father, Ahmed Abdulla Elsafi, from Miami, Florida. They may be in Canada, Sudan, Yemen or Saudi Arabia. Sarah was found safe in September 2018; Tariq remains missing.
