Please do your research. At the divorce, Noluenn was given to her mother for 20 days per month and only 10 days for her father in NYC. Noluenn is in fact a dual citizen of the US and France, and her father KNOWS she is in France because he sent her to France to spend part of her school holidays in France with her mother. Noluenn was indeed ordered according to the Hague to return to New York but she could ONLY leave France with her mother and live WITH her mother in NYC for her own good because the father and stepmother were alleged and substantiated to have used violence to “educate” her. Nelly Jouan, Noluenn’s mother, WAS ARRESTED in Italy some years ago due to the American custody issue yet she was released and ultimately allowed to return to France to be with Noluenn in Quimper, Brittany, France based on a well-founded and decided international trial. You should know that everyone in his family EXCEPT her father Stephan are well aware that Noluenn is happy and very safe in France with her mother and have done what they could to contact her and be a part of her life with the blessing of Nelly Jouan. There is no missing child. Noluenn is almost 17 years old. She isn’t a moron. She is a very mature and intelligent young lady. Furthermore, she knows how to find and contact her father if she wants to do so. Do you need me to speak French so you understand better?!
