Peggy Hernandez-Soto missing six years
Today is the sixth anniversary of the disappearance of Peggy Angela Hernandez-Soto. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother from Ogen, Utah. They may be in Chile.

Peggy’s father gave permission for her to go to Chile where she lives in Temuco.

Hmm, the only thing is that mom neglected to tell the family courts in Chile that dad didn’t give up custody rights to his daughter.
