Tell me something please. Arthur was known to have been beaten to death by his mother’s boyfriend Dr.Stuart Kutler who was convicted and died in prison less than a year later. Dr.Kutler’s father helped to burn Arthur’s body and discard the remains in some unknown location. He’s now deceased also. How exactly is anyone supposed to find Arthur when his murderer and accomplice took that secret to the grave with them and Ohio authorities have not searched since 1977? If Arthur could be recovered don’t you think there would be an active effort by Cleveland police to do so over these last 40 years? His case is as resolved as it is ever going to get!

Why do you only object to this case being included because of this critera and not the dozen of others I have listed who had the same thing happen?
