As has been said previously Tyler’s mother was indeed a popular high school teacher in Auckland, New Zealand for several years. Her students and colleagues who saw Tyler all agree that she was a very lovely woman and devoted mother. After leaving New Zealand Tyler now lives with his mother happily and safely in Australia. What I do not understand is how more than one person has contacted the American authorities as directed over the years to report Tyler’s wellbeing and whereabouts. Your authorities who are allegedly seeking Tyler and his mother have said that they cannot or will not intervene. Having been told this, there is nothing else that can be done by those who knew Tyler except confirm that he is indeed alive and well in Australia.

Just because a child is with his/her parent that doesn’t mean that he/she is safe. The thing is that mom knew that as soon as Tyler was over the age of majority the police wouldn’t have the authority to enforce the custody order.
But still, Melissa is in Australia illegally as I’m sure the documents she does have are forged and Australia and New Zealand have some of the most strict immigration laws there are of any country.
If they find her and Tyler they’ll take her into federal custody, much as they did with Savanna Todd’s mother Dorothy Barnet, since really she’s there, illegally, with her son.

You don’t seem to get it, Celeste. People from New Zealand and Australia HAVE REPEATEDLY CONTACTED THE AMERICAN AUTHORITIES to report Tyler’s whereabouts and wellbeing. There are no false forged identities as these reporters knew Tyler and Melissa by name. Your Amerian authorities have REFUSED to intervene or act on the provided information. They said it is out of their jurisdiction and nothing can or will be done to disrupt Tyler’s or his mother’s residence abroad.
