Hello everyone, My name is Rita and I want to tell you the truth about Lorenzo’s case:
So, just you know, Lorenzo Guimarães Ayubo was NEVER missing. It was just a way that his father Ariel Ayubo used to get everybody’s sympaty and on his side and to make me look bad. What happened was that we legaly fought for Lorenzo’s custody in a Brazilian Court where I am from.
Ariel always knew where his son, Lorenzo, was. I never abducted Lorenzo the way he said I did. I had Ariel’s written permition to take Lorenzo with me to Brazil.
Ariel chose not to be part of Lorenzo’s life. After the case was over in 2009 we never heard from him again. We tried several times to get in touch with him, but he just never answered our phone calls or e-mails. I even tried throught the American Embassy in Sao Paulo. Any ways, Lorenzo grew up in Brazil and is a fine young man. He’s 19 years old now and lives in LA – CA -USA. Thank you for your attention! Rita
