Noor and Ramsay Bower missing nine years
Today is the ninth anniversary of the disappearance of Noor William Noble and Ramsay Maclean Bower. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Mirvat Safwat El Nady, from Newton, Massachusetts. They are believed to be in Egypt.
