    1. Noluenn is a dual citizen having an American father and French mother. She flew to France on the above date for vacation with her mother with her father Stephan Said’s permission.

    2. Noluenn made disclosures while in France that prevented her from returning to New York, because the situation needed to be investigated by the French authorities. She was evaluated by psychiatric professionals in France.

    3. There was a court case in France and French courts ruled that Noluenn should return to New York WITH her mother and live WITH her mother, because her father and stepmother’s educational discipline methods were highly disputable. The French courts noted that they were indifferent to any distress Noluenn was experiencing and treated her questionably.

    4. The court ruling caused Noluenn to be hospitalized in France for suicidal thoughts and on appeal the return order was overturned. Instead Noluenn was allowed to remain in France with her mother and her father received visitation rights.

    5. Stephan Said despite knowing Noluenn’s whereabouts has not come to France to exercise his visitation rights or even to call her or send a card on her birthdays. However his relatives have contacted and come to visit Noluenn in France since 2013. There’s nothing and nobody preventing this man from seeing his daughter except his own actions and hidden agendas. Instead he’s chosen to make it absolutely impossible for any sort of return order to be enforced by fabricating criminal charges against the mother of his daughter.

Noluenn may be a dual citizen but that doesn’t give mom the right to intentionally keep her from her father.
And what about Mom bringing back her daughter to the US to settle things there.

I feel it for you and your daughter. It is a nightmare to deal with a man that’s abusive and plays the loving father but in reality he is just obsessed with hurting the mother through her child. I read his article on the Huffington’s post and I think he is disgusting, I don’t believe a single thing he says, it shows red flags everywhere. A loving father will always put his child first and will never alienate against the other parent and will strive to keep a civil and a healthy relationship with the other parent as possible. I can only see he is full of anger and resentment, he claims to be an aflicted dad but I don’t buy it one bit. Bravo to you that worked up the courage to save upur little one from this monster.
