I was looking into this and on the Doe Network Website they state that he may have went to Pasadena. They have an individual with a Canadian connection that was found deceased and is unidentified. (The Doe Network Case File: 948UMMI). There is no description of Alexander so it is hard to compare. Alexander’s case number on the Doe Network is Case File 1188DMNF.
