How does ‘Selena Leo’ have neither US or Mexican identification documents? You can’t do anything in either country without, even if you’re a child!

Neither Carlina White or Kamiyah Mobley did.

@forthelost, Carlina White and Kamiyah Mobley were both abducted and raised by strangers under different identities. Even to establish different identities you need some kind of paperwork to attend school and receive health care. Why can’t Selena Leo, who was “abducted” by her biological parents simply ask them for her birth certificate and social security card like most teenagers do when they turn 18 or contact her place of birth? If she’s waiting on law enforcement to do anything then she’s going to be waiting a very long time!

Even so, they managed without any real documents.

I bet if Selena had told the cops where to find her criminal father, they’d have been a lot more interested and helped her. It’s a shame she has to ask perfect strangers for help. In these case, LE really couldn’t care less about the children involved. They just want to put somebody behind bars. I’m sure NCMEC would love to hear from Selena, though. 1-800-843-5678
