Iman and Yousef Almetnawy and David Ojeda found safe

I have just received word from investigators in the case that Iman and Yousef Almentnawy have been found safe in Egypt. They currently do not know the whereabouts of their wanted uncle, however. I have also received word from NCMEC that David Ojeda has been found safe. I have resolved their cases, modified the anniversary posts so there are no dead links, and if I find any articles will post them here. The new cases on the site are those of Gabriel and Jasmin Alvarado Sanchez and Adinda Curry. Also, Louis Vargas and a new page of cases have been added to the California Kids pages. this!

The Adinda Curry case is really something! Her father has a GoFundMe set up and insists there as well as on his Facebook page that his daughter is being held hostage by abusive fanatical Muslim relatives in Jakarta and that her life is at risk 24/7 for as long as she is with her Muslim mother. Mind you, he admits he married this woman solely so she could become a US Citizen and knew she came from a strict Muslim background. His FB profile contains dozens of uploaded screenshots of court documents and he insists that William R. Ridgeway Courts of Sacramento are the most corrupt in the entire country, because they supposedly did nothing about his daughter being severely abused and neglected by her mother and associated acquaintances for over 2 years while still right there in Sacramento. He seems a very devoted and loving father, however a part of me questions whether or not he is exaggerating to some degree. How many times can a young child be seen by doctors, school staff, and social workers with a severely bruised face without someone winding up in a heap of trouble even with the best of explanations? Plenty of social workers and school staff have been held accountable when vulnerable children end up on life support in ICU or dead. I am not saying I believe the father is a liar, but I do think he increasing the severity at last some in order to solicit more financial donations, since as we all know international cases are not cheap.

Oddly…I have the same suspicions after viewing the Facebook page. Not only does the dad, Dave Curry, continuously criticize legal institutions and paint his ex as pure evil, but also talks himself blue in the face about what a great and wonderful single dad he was to his daughter. Who is he trying to convince, others or himself, with so much repetition?! Additionally some of allegations do not make sense. He claims his ex vindictively took away a car during the separation just to make life more difficult for him and his daughter by limiting their transportation and forcing them to go everywhere on bike or foot. Then later, he claims that his ex stole the daughter’s bike somehow from his home in order to further punish the girl for talking about abuse. If you take the father at his word then you can get no other image besides Adinda’s mother is completely insane and needs to be locked up in the Funny Farm. Very one sided in my humble opinion.

And the courts in most South East Asian countries aren’t corrupt?
