While her father insists she was kidnapped and lost posting her personal information all over the internet, the truth is Rhea does very well in Chennai with the maternal family. She is a brilliant, studies in an international school, and also became the CEO if her OWN company at the age of only 8 years old. The 2016 picture you have of Rhea was actually taken during the time she launched her company and proves she has never been concealed India. Why would any parent agree to have their child photographed and published, if they are hiding their child from authorities and former partners? Obviously Rhea’s mother doesn’t care if anyone knows that they are living in Chennai and as you admit Rhea’s father has ways to access his daughter there rather than encouraging the dissemination of erroneous information about his child on 3rd party sites.

If there are news articles using her name and picture online, how different is this?

The articles pertaining to Rhea’s company are not harmful, because everyone in Chennai knows about this schoolgirl and Rhea enjoyed the attention with her mother’s permission. However not just to Rhea but all children in this digital age, there could be a very negative effect on peaceful childhood and social life to be publicly denounced as not belonging where the child lives as home. Rhea nor any child deserves to have their lives disturbed and scrutinized by supposed ‘good doers’ as a result of their parent publicly exploiting them as a pawn with erroneous information. In the dealings with international custody the only source for accurate information regarding the child should be court records and government databases. Rightfully the only distribution of a child’s information and pictures in the absolute most dire circumstances should come from these accredited sources also.
