I have just heard from their father that Kian and Ryan Cox have been found safe and returned to him and word from NCMEC that Victoria Joly has been found safe. An online search indicates her mother was arrested on drug charges, but nothing about her daughter. I hope she is reunited with family and that the Cox brothers are doing well with their father. I have resolved their cases and modified the anniversary posts so there are no dead links. The new cases on the site are those of Colton and Gavin Hohenberger and Anneleise Richard.
