James and Samuel Owle missing one year
Today is the first anniversary of the disappearance of James Paul and Samuel George Owle. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Shira Elizabeth Mattocks, from Bryson City, North Carolina. They may still be in North Carolina or may have traveled to Tennessee. They are believed to be in the company of their half-sister, Evelyn Grace Arneach.
Above are pictures of James and Samuel. Help bring them home to their fathers – if you have any information as to their whereabouts, please contact either the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST or the Cherokee Police Department at 828-497-4131.
