I’d love to know how on Earth Kira could have been kidnapped by her mother from her biological father in Texas in 2010, when she’d already been living in South Korea with her mother since she was 15 months old?! You can’t kidnap a child from somewhere that is not their habitual residence and seeing as she had been in Korea since age 15 months, Korea not Texas was Kira’s habitual residence. To quote Kira’s mother herself a website for wrongly victimized custodial parents abroad.

    “Good afternoon,

I came upon your website and your story and it hit me, is this woman talking about me? I am in your exact same situation. Over the years I haven’t done much fighting because I’ve lived in South Korea with my children for the past decade. Because of contempts of court, I am now a felony with a felony warrant issued and my child too is on the National Website for Missing and Exploited Children. She very well doesn’t deserve to be just like your children. My daughter is 10 and has lived in Korea since she was 15 months.
I want to keep in touch to see how you are doing. I’ve sent letters to anyone who will listen. My case too involves a spiteful ex who is set out to hurt me and is hurting his daughter in the process. I hope things work out for you as well as for myself.
Take care and I hope to hear from you soon.

    Sincerely,

    Kimberly Slawson”

This is nonsense. Kira Slawson-Bible was never lost. She was living happily and safely in South Korea for most of her life by 2010. Her biological father could have come to see her, but Kira knows another man as daddy and he’s jealous.

Safely? Are you kidding me? This child’s mother illegally removed her from the US without her father’s consent.
