Valor Howell and Carmen and Jose Olvera found safe

I have received word from NCMEC that Carmen and Jose Olvera have been found safe, and I have seen many news articles that state Valor Howell was found in Arizona. He was only found because his mother was “causing a disturbance” in a laundromat. Most of the articles do not go further into that, but the one I have linked to said she threw a bag of laundry at him, knocked him to the ground after he bought a candy bar. He was apparently “remote” with law enforcement. If this is truly an indication of his mother’s typical behavior it shows the disturbed nature of most abductors and why it is such an abusive experience. I have resolved their cases, modified the anniversary post so there are no dead links, and if I find an article for the Olvera children will post it here. The new cases on the site are those of Luis and Maria Castillo Moreno and Jonathan Guzman.
