Chelsea and Zachary Smith missing twelve years

Today is the twelfth anniversary of the disappearance of Chelsea Paige and Zachary Stratton Smith. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Ann Stratton, and their non-custodial stepfather, Everett Huber. They may be in Costa Rica, Mexico, or the Dominican Republic.
